Our Demi-Humans are hard at work to make you thrilled with your order! Here's what you can expect:

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time (excepting weekends and holidays) to let you‬‭ know your order is on the way!‬ 

All products are printed and shipped from within the U.S.

Flat Rate Shipping

‭Orders are shipped using US domestic shipping via our distribution partner. We do not ship outside of the United States at this‭ time.‬ A base, flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping‭ to the United States. Orders over $40 (2 or more shirts) ship at no cost to you!

Once your order is handed off to the courier, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, please allow an additional 7–12 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We aim to deliver your orders on time, but delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at support@criticalflair.com, and we will assist you in tracking down your order. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or courier delays.
