Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange if the product is damaged or in some way defective. We will do everything possible to accommodate your issue and make you a satisfied customer!
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if applicable. Typically, we will need photos to review your issue and work with our supplier to credit you or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Because our products are printed on demand, physical returns may not be required in all cases. Contact us at support@criticalflair.com before taking any action so we can advise on the best next steps.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exchanges / Size Changes
We will happily replace defective items or lost items at no cost to you!
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or design is to place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, we’ll assist with a refund for the original item in accordance with this policy. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us before taking any action so we can advise on the appropriate next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us as support@criticalflair.com.
